Exceptionally firm, deep and multi-layered, finely vegetal, not only yellow stone fruit scent with floral nuances, a touch of mushrooms, yellow spice, ethereal peppery nuances, Mediterranean herbs, black berries and clear minerality. Firm, ripe, juicy, very slightly warm fruit, dense and complex, fine, ripe acidity and a lot of grubby tannins, dense and persistent on the palate, certain plum tones in the background, aromatic herbs, mustard seed, saffron, fresh cucumber, a little yeast, kernel oil and intense minerality, delicately sweetish enamel, enormous substance but no heaviness, ethereal notes, deep, dormant in itself, at the same time muddy, still completely undeveloped, long, concentrated, compact, extremely complex finish.
