Rather cool, deep, tight, multi-layered, very fine yellow fruity and herbaceous-vegetable nose with a little mustard cucumber, basil, kernel oil, olives, ginger, coriander and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, dense, sweetish fruit, yeasty, slightly peppery, spicy and again herbaceous notes, very fine acidity, citrus aromas on the palate, also ethereal notes, some tannin grip, lasting, dense and complex, good depth, very good, firm, juicy, handy and mineral finish
