Golden in colour. Clearly herbal nose of partly candied citrus fruits with stone fruit notes, herbal aromas, some smoke, mushrooms and hints of black berries. Quite dry, quite dense, yet restrained fruit, dried-vegetable and slightly mushroomy aromas, present acidity, plenty of tannin grip, very slightly opaque and rough, intense, tart minerality, lasting and substantial, good depth, has concentration and power, tobacco nuances in the background, very good, again quite firm and grippy finish.
