Quite firm, slightly nutty, yeasty, herbal-vegetable and delicately floral nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas as well as some peach and peach skin. Clear, finely juicy, not completely dry fruit, herbaceous and floral tones, a little black berries in the background, very fine perlage, light creaminess, relatively persistent, has a polish, very good, finely juicy and nutty-yeasty, very delicately sweetish finish.
