Cool, yeasty, finely vegetable and herbal nose with restrained, bright citrus and apple notes. Clear, straightforward, finely juicy, again cool fruit, nutty and vegetal aromas, a hint of herbs and floral traces, delicately buttery on the palate, relatively fine perlage, some sustainability, delicately ashy in the background, good to very good finish.
