Cool, tart nose, prominent vegetal notes, restrained citrus and stone fruit, noticeable yeasty notes, light floral traces. Clear, elegant, juicy, fairly polished fruit on the palate, fine mousse, light acid bite, prominent yeasty notes, some buttery traces, hint of brioche, slightly sweetish dosage, light grip, good persistence, salty mineral traces in the background, quite juicy on a very good sweetish and tart finish.
