Clear, more red than black berry aroma with fine vegetal flavours slightly reminiscent of beetroot, floral traces, hints of bacon and smoky nuances. Ripe, youthful, tart, juicy fruit, fine vegetal, nutty, smoky and vegetal notes, a little dried herbs, salt in the background, delicate acid bite, certain persistence, hints of ethereal spice, a hint of vanilla and chocolate, remains precise and quite fresh, good to very good finish.
