2021 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon Blanc "Schliff", Alto Adige, Italy

Somewhat floral nose with white and yellow fruity aromas, a little redcurrant and redcurrant leaves, a hint of smoke, butter, hints of yeast and light nutty tones. Ripe, melting, somewhat warm fruit, light, somewhat nutty barrel tones, butter again, vegetal tones on the palate, fine acidity, restrained grip, good persistence, lots of melting, certain minerality, very good, warm finish.
