Nutty and vegetal pome fruit scent with some vanilla as well as herbal and floral nuances. Clear, tight, polished fruit, light wood, some smoke and again also vanilla, quite fine acidity, some grip of friable tannin, herbal nuances, a trace of juniper, in the background also chalk and salt, noticeable alcohol, but also cooling elements, still undeveloped, a little root vegetable in the background, very good, firm, again alcoholic finish with bite.

Best to drink: 2023-2026+. What our ratings mean
