Ripe, somewhat nutty and mushroomy, floral and lightly wood-spicy scent of candied yellow fruits with vanilla, a hint of honey, eucalyptus and camomile. Firm, very sweet fruit with light fermentation tones, a touch of mixed berries and lavender, fine, lively acidity, hints of pepper and caramel, delicate tannic grip, dense and persistent, some depth, salty and earthy tones, very good finish with grip, fine bite and citrus blossom.
