Cool herbal and yeasty nose with fine mushroom notes, very bright citrus and stone fruit aromas, as well as chalky nuances. Clear, polished, cool, tart fruit, nutty, slightly smoky and yeasty aromas, a bit of tobacco on the palate, very fine, creamy bubbles, buttery nuances, persistent, has freshness, very good, tart, juicy, polished finish.
