2017 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Noir Riserva "Passion", Alto Adige, Italy

Light smoky notes and some ashes on the nose, earthy notes, predominantly red berries, partly dried vegetal notes. Tart fruit on the palate, earthy and dried vegetal notes, light toasted and smokyaromas, fairly prominent tannins, still slightlyastringent, good substance and persistence, some ashes in the background, hint of mushrooms, hint of coffee and salt, still slightly astringent again on an otherwise good to very good finish.
