Zart süßliche, etwas schmelzige Frucht, kräuterig-pflanzliche, ein wenig florale und zart krautige Töne, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, gewürzige Anklänge, ein wenig Wacholder, leicht sandiger Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Eiweiß, ordentlicher Abgang.
