Clear, relatively cool, herbaceous-vegetable, delicately yeasty and a hint of smoky aroma with rather light yellow-fruity flavours and floral nuances. Tart, finely juicy, again bright fruit, herbal, somewhat floral and moderately yeasty flavours, fine mousseux, good persistence, very dry style, some salt in the background, nutty tones, a hint of tobacco, certain power, very good, quite firm finish with bite and fine grip
