2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Weißburgunder Riserva Passion, Alto Adige, Italy

Light yeasty notes on the nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light oak, citrus and pomaceous fruit, delicate herbaceous notes and white flower. Fairly cool, light, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, white floral notes and a hint of mint, persistent, light grip, yeasty traces, light nutty oak, still young, herbaceous traces, hint of white pepper, very good finish.
