Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, some root vegetables and kale cabbage, yellow fruit, touch of green berries, floral and herbaceous traces, delicate hint of bacon. Ripe, slightly creamy fruit on the palate,vegetal aromas, very elegant acidity slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of stinging nettles, more bacon, touch of elderflower, good substance and persistence, hint of sugar candy, good to very good, delicately sweet and creamy finish.
