Klare, geschliffene Frucht, etwas buttrig und vegetabil, feine Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, helle nussige Töne, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig Alkoholwärme, kräuterige und mineralische Nuancen, guter, eher herber Abgang.
