2021 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC passito "Baronesse", Alto Adige, Italy

Almondy, nutty and delicately vegetal nose, stone fruit, some pomaceous fruit, partly candied citrus fruit and citrus peel with floral nuances, yellow spice reminiscent of saffron and a hint of varnish. Firm, sweet, partly dried and candied fruit with almondy notes, citrus zest, Earl Grey and again yellow spice, persistent on the palate, present acidity, light grip, certain depth, fine bitter zest tones, orange marmalade, has power, very good, firm, very sweet and at the same time also fine bitter finish.
