Somewhat earthy aroma of dark berries, cherries and beetroot with moderate, slightly smoky barrel notes. Ripe, tart dark fruit, nutty and somewhat smoky wood spice, root vegetables reminiscent of beetroot, allspice and cardamom, crumbly-sandy tannins, a certain strength and warmth, good persistence, some cocoa in the background, salty and chalky notes, a little juniper, bacony nuances, hints of bamboo, very good finish with dark juice and spice.
