2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Noir Riserva "Yura", Alto Adige, Italy

Clear, somewhat warm, very slightly developed aroma of ripe red and a little black fruit with nutty and slightly dried floral nuances and a hint of mushrooms. Tart fruit with slightly dried-floral to tobacco aromas and a certain barrel wood spiciness, hints of roasting in the background, a hint of spinach, dry herbal notes reminiscent of marjoram, good persistence, has power and warmth, but also cooling elements, crumbly tannin, restrained bitter-chocolate tones, again a hint of mushrooms, a hint of salt, very good, tart finish.

Ripe, clear and quite polished, juicy, youthful fruit, crumbly tannin and delicate bite, restrained power, marjoram again on the palate, persistent, some depth, salty mineral tones in the background, has some freshness, hints of dark ethereal spice in the background, very good, quite tight finish with some alcohol warmth but also cooling elements.
