Herbaceous and floral notes on the nose, partly candied citrus fruit, yeasty and light floral aromas, fresh vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, mineral traces.. Firm, juicy, fairly tart fruit on the palate, prominent herbaceous and vegetal notes, salty notes, hint of mushrooms and cereals, still has prominent yeasty notes, firm bite, persistent, some depth, integrated tannins provide grip, light nutty oak, mineral notes on a very good, juicy, firm, creamy finish. Needs some time to mature.
