Editor note: Apples on the nose, spicy, light vegetal notes. Slightly dissolute, gentle apple fruit on the palate, very light earthy notes, delicately bitter herbs, fairly persistent, integrated acidity, slightly noticeable alcohol, but quite appealing, light tannic touch on an attractive finish. Good partner with food.
