Clear, fairly mature nose, tart yellow fruit, herbaceous and mineral notes, touch of elderberry flowers and a hint of bell peppers, black berries. Clean, ripe, elegant and juicy fruit on the palate, tart herbs and spices, hint of bell peppers, fennelseeds, elderberry florwers and berries, full-bodied and creamy, touch of caramel and sugar candy, hint of tobacco, light mineral notes, persistent, noticeable alcohol on a very good finish. Still in excellent condition.

Editor note: Blackcurrants on the nose, bell peppers and elderberries, herbaceous and mineral notes. Firm on the palate, straightforward and fairly complex, vegetal and light mineral notes, green apples, herbs, stinging nettles, bell peppers and some elderberry flowers, integrated acidity, very good finish.
