2007 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC passito BARONESSE Baron Salvadori, Alto Adige, Italy

Yellow fruit on the nose, fairly prominent floral notes, some spicy vegetal notes, earthy and mineral traces, delicate hint of vegetables. Clear, straightforward, very sweet fruit on the palate, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, sugar candy and caramel, more prominent floral notes, muscat and some mineral notes in the background, quite a polished style, good concentation and persistence, very good finish.
