Nutty, somewhat smoky, bacony and vegetal to herbaceous nose, yellow fruit with a hint of red berries, fennel and forest floor. Clear, juicy, slightly warm fruit with a delicate sweetish melt and a hint of peach skin, lively acidity, light tannic grip, good persistence, hints of beeswax and celery, barrel wood in the background, salty and chalky tones, noticeable alcohol, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
