Somewhat nutty and dried-vegetable to tobacco aromas of ripe blackcurrants with herbal nuances and a hint of tomato paste. Clear, quite juicy, youthful fruit, fine tannins, some bite, herbal and restrained smoky flavours on the palate, good persistence, a little tobacco, ash and mint, salt in the background, a hint of liquorice and a little dark ethereal spice, gains depth with air, very good, juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
