Tart, somewhat yeasty, also vegetal fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity and very slightly yellow-spicy aromas, a hint of chalk and floral nuances. Slightly warm, tart yellow fruit with yeasty, nutty and slightly yellow-spicy aromas, slightly herbal-vegetable, smoky in the background, chalky and salty tones, a hint of bacon, some alcohol warmth, some bite, good to very good, firm, tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
