Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile und zart erdige Zitrus-Kernobstnase mit kräuterigen und mineralischen Nuancen. Klare, geradlinige, recht saftige Frucht, etwas kräuterig-pflanzliche Würze, nussige und rauchige Nuancen, zart gewürzig am Gaumen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und zurückhaltender, mürber Gerbstoff, recht nachhaltig, etwas mineralisch, ein Hauch Speck im Hintergrund, florale Spuren, guter bis sehr guter, recht saftiger Abgang.
