2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Weißburgunder Hofstatt, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly cool, polished nose, hint of smoked bacon, clear citrus and pomaceous fruit, elegant vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes. Firm, surprisingly cool, elegant and juicy on the palate, very polished fruit, lively, very elegant acidity, floral andh erbaceous traces, light mineral and yeasty notes, some sugar candy and nutty notes, hint of caramel, some more smoky traces, remains elegant in spite of the high level of alcohol, very good and fairly firm finish.
