Tart nose, light peppery spice, hint of tobacco and bacon, ripe black berries and a few cherries, hint of licorice and chili, some toasted oak. Ripe, juicy, dark fruit on the palate, spicy oak, chocolate and coffee, fine, sandy, slightly astringent tannins, vegetal and herbaceous notes, toasted nuts, good persistence, full body, minty notes, touch of bitter oak on a good to very good finish.
