Clear, somewhat yeasty and herbal pome fruit citrus scent with very delicate fungal aromas, some herbs and mineral traces. Clear, tart, nutty fruit, yeasty aromas, fine, relatively moderate perlage, good substance and persistence, herbaceous and again quite clearly mineral tones, light woody notes in the background, a hint of tobacco, very good, firm, tart finish with draught and minerality
