Prominent grassy notes on the nose, delicate hint of juniper, herbaceous traces, some green berries, celery and other vegetables, some elderberry, star fruit and earthy mineral notes. Very clear on the palate, quite firm and straightforward, prominent spicy vegetal notes, earthy mineral notes, very elegant acidity, cool style in spite of the high alcohol level, polished, quite persistent, good finish.
