2005 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Riserva Cabernet "Kirchhügel", Alto Adige, Italy

Partly dried black berries and grilled bell peppers on the nose, dried herbs, smoky and roasted notes. Fairly juicy on the palate, but also dominated by oak, some sandy dry tannins, roasted notes, more grilled bell peppers, medium body, quite persistent, not particularly deep, oak again slightly dominant on the finish.
