Clearly vegetal nose with citrus flavours, white fruity tones, some green apple and floral tones. Rather restrained fruit, relatively fresh vegetal flavours, quite lively acidity, certain alcoholic strength, slightly sweetish melting, certain persistence, celery on the palate, smoky and restrained woody tones, slightly drying tannin, salt in the background, chalky notes, good to very good finish.
