Tart, somewhat herbal and a hint of yeasty aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances and somewhat chalky tones. Restrained, tart fruit, clearly herbal and slightly nutty yeasty tones, present acidity chalk and salt on the palate, lemony tones, somewhat sandy tannin, good persistence, good to very good, tart, slightly rough finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
