Tart, firm, somewhat floral, nutty and slightly smoky aroma of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of medicinal herbs and black berries. Tart, juicy, ripe fruit with a hint of wax and caraway, lively, almost present acidity, still a hint of drying tannin, good persistence, salty minerality, very light phenolic grip and noticeable alcohol in the very good, again somewhat floral finish.
