Vegetable and very slightly yellow-spicy, nutty, somewhat warm aroma with yellow fruity aromas, hints of pepper and a hint of butter. Bright, warm, tart fruit, vegetal and nutty aromas, somewhat muted, moderate acidity, lots of alcohol, salty notes, clearly herbal, slightly bitter, fennel notes in the background, good, strong alcohol, again also salty finish with some marzipan.
