Astringent, planty and slightly yeasty fragrance with very pale yellow fruity aromas and a little white and green berries, floral nuances and chalky-mineral notes. Ripe, melt-in-the-mouth, slightly warm fruit, very fine acidity, herbal aromas, a little candy and floral tones, a hint of red berries, yeasty and clearly chalky-salty notes, persistent, the high alcohol well integrated, ethereal nuances, very good, quite tight finish
