Vegetal and light earthy notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, spicy traces, whiff of bread. Ripe, slightly sweetish and creamy fruit on the palate, reminiscent of gingerbread spice, lively, elegant acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, noticeable warm alcohol, floral traces, hint of bacon, peppery traces, hint of black berries, very good, fairly firm finish.
