Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose,, citrus and apple fruit, light earthy and mineral notes, floral and yeasty traces. Ripe, tart fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal and light earthy notes, hint of white pepper, good persistence, lively acidity, sandy tannins, noticeable high alcohol, mineral notes, some grip on a good finish.
