Editor note: Yeasty nose, still slightly muted, chalky mineral notes, light floral aromas, pomaceous fruit. Firm fruit on the palate, hint of bacon, smoky, herbaceous and mineral notes, fairly prominent acidity, yeasty and prominent herbaceous aromas, light smoky otuch, surprisingly precise considering the high level of alcohol, salty and light floral notes, quite complex, unfortunately some sharp alcoholic notes on a good to very good finish.
