Prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of bacon, yellow and green fruit, hint of elderflower, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, more prominent herbaceous aromas, delicate floral traces in the background, mineral notes, good persistence, full-bodied and creamy, clear contours, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good juicy finish.
