2015 Eisacktal / Val d'Isarco DOC Pinot Grigio Aristos, Alto Adige, Italy

Slightly muted nose, dried vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, restrained yellow fruit, some tobacco, earthy traces, noticeable alcohol. Tart spice and sweetish fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light nutty and floral notes, fairly persistent, integrated acidity, light tannic grip, lots of alcohol, but also has cool elements, very slightly rough, salty mineral notes in the background, hint of anise, good finish.

Editor note: Fairly cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, hint of bacon, earthy and herbaceous notes, restrained yellow fruit, some pistachioes and mineral traces. Fairly polished, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and nutty notes with some pistachioes, lively acidity, light tannic touch, hint of ice sweets, yeasty traces, fairly persistent, delicately sweetish and creamy, hint of smoked bacon in the background, good finish with some candied fruit.
