2015 Eisacktal / Val d'Isarco DOC Müller-Thurgau Aristos, Alto Adige, Italy

Floral nose, hint of root vegetables, earthy notes, hint of tobacco, fairly warm impression, partly green pomaceous fruit, citrus fruit and some honeydew melon. Juicyand slightly creamy on the palate, but bone dry, cool earthy and herbaceous notes, some sea salt, white pepper and some nutmeg, lively acidity, white earthy and mineral notes, fairly good persistence and substance, still slightly rough on a good to very good finish.
