2015 Eisacktal / Val d'Isarco DOC Gewürztraminer Aristos, Alto Adige, Italy

Light floral and herbaceous notes on the nose, light peppery spice, lychee, some pomaceous fruit can citrus fruit, yeasty and mineral notes. Restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal and floral notes, peppery spice, very elegant acidity, light tannic grip, noticeable warm alcohol, hint of bacon, mineral notes, fairly persistent, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Fairly tart nose, herbaceous notes and dried flowers, yellow fruit, delicate nutty aromas, hint of bees wax. Ripe, creamy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, light yeasty and more waxy notes, very elegant acidity, creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good substance and persistence, floral traces, hint of orange peel in the background, good to very good finish.
