Zartsaftige, relativ fest gewirkte Frucht, kräuterige und leicht gewürzige Noten, lebendige Säure, eine Spur gedeckt und antrocknend am Gaumen, im Hintergrund erdig bis mineralisch, hat Biss, guter Abgang.
