Kräftig und schmelzig im Mund, völlig trockene Frucht mit vegetabilen, nussigen und erdigen Noten, feine, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, hat Substanz und Griff, nachhaltig, leicht spürbarer Alkohol, etwas Wacholder im Hintergrund, fester Bau, deutliche Mineralik, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
