Firm and quite deep, rather light, almost cool, somewhat minty nose with fine yellow-fruity and herbaceous-vegetable aromas, floral traces, hints of black berries, pine nuts, galia melon, apricots and mineral nuances. Firm, bright, dry fruit, slightly smoky and yeasty nuances, vegetal to herbaceous tones, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, has power, salty minerality in the background, slightly ethereal notes, some white pepper and almondy tones, good depth, has power, very good, firm finish.
