2021 Wachau DAC Ried Bruck Riesling halbtrocken "Alte Parzellen", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm and deep, delicately vegetal to herbaceous aroma with noble peach and citrus flavours, floral traces, smoke, minerality and hints of fresh mushrooms. Ripe, juicy, quite dense fruit with moderate sweetness and very fine, polished acidity, vegetal and herbaceous nuances on the palate, reminiscent of parsley, delicate red and black berry notes in the background, deep and persistent, mineral tones, rather light, cooling minerality, certain melting, very good to long, polished, finely juicy finish with herbaceous nuances, candied lemon zest, lime, white tea and minerality again.
