Slightly vegetal, yeasty and a hint of smoky and floral aroma with bright yellow fruity notes and nutty traces. Tart fruit with floral, slightly herbal and hints of waxy tones, lychee on the palate, a little rose blossom, chalky, nutty and smoky hints, very fine acidity, moderate grip, some warmth, good to very good finish.
